Sous vide cooking

Sous Vide, is basically a French term and is translated to mean “under vacuum”, which refers to the process of vacuum-sealing food - steak in our case - in a bag and cooking it to a very precise temperature in a water bath.

This will tenderise the meat and since it cooks in its own juices it won't dry out or shrink in size so your steak will moist, juicy and tender.

So when you receive your steak at home, we will have already cooked it sous vide, so you'll only have to sear it in a pan for a few minutes to add a crispy outer layer but it will be packed full of flavour.
